Really cool collectable decorative item . Not necessarily in the best of condition but decorative nonetheless.
there is rips and tares in the leather and I very much doubt that anyone would purchase this to use .
these are not fire bellows , this type of bellows were used by dentists and firemen for breathing apparatus.
