Vintage Malachy Kearns Irish Bodhran 18” Drum , The Untouchables.
Fantastic item which is obviously been used and not new so showing signs of wear and tear but a hard to find size by a sort after maker .
It is sign written on it with the words The Untouchables. On trying to research I have found numerous Irish or folk bands of this name but none with the symbol which is at the bottom. So I can’t put this down to any particular band .
As I said this does have wear and tear but the skin is still in good condition and hasn’t dried out . The bent wood could possibly do with a wax and polish but there’s no breaks or damage .
